Facebook Surround 360 Cameras

Specifications and encoding solution for 360 video (with depth). Captured content can be leaned/moved through and re-lit with simulated lighting. Facebook will not be creating the hardware, but will be partnering with hardware companies to bring these cameras to the market. Anticipated to be available late 2017.
